Technical skills we're looking for:
Expert knowledge with web technologies (HTML+CSS, HTTP, DNS, FTP, etc.)
Experience with large scale environments and cloud technologies (AWS, Rackspace, Joyent, Azure)
Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, CouchDB, etc.)
Knowledge of some or all of the following:
Node
PHP
Python
Javascript
Linux (Red Hat, Debian)
Experience with social APIs
Experience with ExpressionEngine, a plus
Comfort with version control (we use Git)
For designers: proficience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Fireworks
For designers: understanding of how to optimize graphic resources for developers and the web
